Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- Problems with an order can be emailed to info@stylecollectif.com, or use the "Chat with us!" button at the bottom of this page.
- Preorders of back ordered items may ship separately.
Returns
- We only offer Store Credit in the form of a gift card on returns made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 31 days from the date it was delivered to you. Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or given store credit.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, tags still attached
- All accessories are FINAL SALE
- Final Sale Items are FINAL SALE
To initiate a return
- Package your items with your original invoice.
- Original invoice must be included in your return package.
- If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
- Return your items to Style Collectif 197 Club Dr, Gainesville GA 30506
- We DO NOT send return labels, customer is responsible for return shipment
- Allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
- Once the return is processed, customer will receive a Style Collectif gift card with the store credit that can be used on the the website.
- Store credit will not be applied until customer receives e-mail confirmation
